About the Role
As Recruitment Business Partner, you will coordinate end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of vacancies across the Northern Land Council. Working under the guidance of the Senior Recruitment Officer, you will partner with hiring managers and selection panels to plan effective campaigns, attract suitable candidates and deliver fair, timely and well-documented selection processes.
This is a hands-on role combining trusted recruitment advice with strong administration. You will develop advertising and assessment tools, support interviews and candidate communication, review selection documentation, maintain the e-recruitment system and analyse recruitment data and trends. You will also contribute to onboarding, induction and continuous improvement across the broader People and Culture function.
What You Will Bring
You are an organised and service-focused recruitment professional who can manage multiple campaigns and competing deadlines without losing accuracy or candidate care. You communicate clearly, exercise sound judgement and confidentiality, and build productive relationships with people from a wide range of professional and cultural backgrounds. You are equally comfortable advising a hiring manager, drafting a compelling job advert, checking a selection report and maintaining accurate recruitment system data.
