This varied position combines chairside dental assisting with front office and reception responsibilities. You will play an important role in ensuring every patient receives outstanding care while supporting the clinical team and contributing to the smooth day to day operation of the practice.

As a Dental Assistant, you will:

• Provide high-quality chairside assistance across a range of dental procedures.

• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain exceptional infection control standards.

• Welcome patients and create a friendly, professional first impression.

• Coordinate appointments and manage the daily appointment schedule.

• Assist with patient enquiries both in person and over the phone.

• Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation.

• Support the clinical and reception teams to ensure efficient daily operations.

• Build positive relationships with patients and help create a comfortable, caring environment.

• Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on exceptional patient care.

• Holds a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred).

• Has a minimum of 12 months' experience in a private dental practice (preferred).

• Is flexible to work occasional late evenings as required.

• Above award hourly rates

• Casual position working 2 - 3 days per week, with opportunities for additional hours and a pathway to permanent employment for the right candidate
