Customer Services Officer

We're looking for a Customer Services Officer to join our Adelaide team and play a key role in supporting our customers, operations and logistics functions. This is a diverse, hands-on role that will suit someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and keeping things organised behind the scenes.

In this role you will:

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and phone calls, ensuring requests are directed and resolved efficiently.

• Support sales enquiries and work closely with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service.

• Manage manure order schedules and coordinate information with logistics and operational teams.

• Maintain inventory records and operational data to ensure accurate reporting.

• Track litter movements across poultry farms and maintain associated records.

• Prepare customer and farm reports to support audit and compliance requirements.

• Process operational paperwork and enter completed work into our accounting and invoicing systems.

• Assist with accounts receivable administration and customer invoicing.

• Contribute to process improvements and help drive the transition to more efficient, technology-enabled ways of working.

About You

You are highly organised, detail-oriented and enjoy working across multiple priorities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong administration skills, and are confident communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Previous experience in customer service, administration, accounts receivable, or logistics coordination will be highly regarded.
