About the role
Beaconhills College is an open-entry, co-educational College offering outstanding holistic education opportunities from Early Learning to Year 12. The College currently has over 3000 students across two campuses in Pakenham and Berwick, which are organised into sub-schools; Early Learning, Junior, Middle, Year 9 and Senior Schools.

Beaconhills College are seeking a Head of English (9-12) to join us at our Pakenham Campus in 2027.
The Head of English (9-12) builds the capacity of staff in the Education Blueprint to design effective teaching, learning, curriculum and instruction.
The role creates the conditions where teachers in the faculty can thrive, through an emphasis on reflective practice, continuous improvement and collaboration.
The successful applicant must thrive on working as part of a dynamic team of dedicated professionals who are committed to fostering excellence in their students.
