What You'll Be Doing

You'll play an important role in keeping our clients' facilities operating safely and efficiently across Australia.

Your day will include:

• Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance works.
• Scheduling trades and subcontractors across Australia.
• Managing work orders from start to completion while achieving customer KPIs.
• Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Coordinating urgent maintenance requests.
• Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and technicians.
• Maintaining accurate job records and updates.
• Delivering exceptional customer service every day.

About You
