About the role

Children’s Centres for Early Childhood Development and Parenting are vibrant community hubs that bring together education, health and family support services to improve outcomes for children and families. Through integrated and collaborative service delivery, Integrated Hubs provide coordinated support that responds to local community needs.
As the Integration Lead, you will work in partnership with site leadership, staff, families, community members and service providers to lead the implementation of the Integrated Hub Service Model. You will play a key role in developing and strengthening integrated, place-based approaches that improve educational, social, health and developmental outcomes for children and families.
This is a strategic and community-focused role responsible for leading local planning, fostering collaboration across government and non-government agencies, and supporting innovative service responses that address community strengths and needs. A particular focus of the role is ensuring children and families experiencing vulnerability, social isolation or disadvantage can access coordinated and responsive support services.

Qualifications
Desirable: Tertiary qualification in community development, social work, early childhood education or related human services or health qualification.
Special conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
ASO6 $105,747- $111,854 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading
