About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional finance and insurance outcomes while providing a seamless and transparent experience for our customers.

Working closely with the sales team, you will manage the finance process from introduction through to settlement, ensuring compliance, profitability, and customer satisfaction remain at the forefront of every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and arrange vehicle finance solutions for retail customers.

• Promote and sell value-added products including insurance, warranties, and protection products.

• Maintain strong relationships with finance and insurance partners.

• Ensure all transactions meet responsible lending and compliance requirements.

• Assist customers through the delivery process to create an outstanding ownership experience.

• Achieve and exceed finance, insurance, and profitability targets.

• Accurately prepare and maintain all deal documentation.

• Collaborate with the sales team to maximise opportunities and customer outcomes.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Business Manager, Finance & Insurance Manager

• Strong finance and insurance sales performance with a proven track record of achieving targets.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

• High attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities.

• Knowledge of automotive finance regulations and compliance requirements.

• Experience using dealership management and finance systems.

• Current Australian driver's licence.
