Level 1 - Helpdesk Technician

You'll gain hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, resolving day-to-day technology issues and helping clients get the most from their technology.

Along the way, you'll work alongside experienced technicians and build the skills that create future pathways into infrastructure, cloud, projects, security and advanced support roles.
 
What you'll be doing

• Providing remote support and helping clients resolve day-to-day technology issues.
• Troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and user access issues.
• Assisting with password resets, MFA, onboarding, offboarding and user administration.
• Supporting Windows devices, applications, printers and remote access technologies.
• Maintaining clear ticket notes and documentation.
• Communicating professionally with clients and keeping them informed throughout the support process.
• Working closely with senior technicians while continuing to build your technical capability.

Technical Environment

What you'll bring...

• A genuine interest in technology and learning new things.

• Strong communication skills.
• Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow process.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows or troubleshooting technology issues is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, call centres or technology support will be highly regarded.
