About the role
Lumus Imaging is seeking a Medical Imaging Assistant to join their dynamic healthcare team. This position offers professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment that fosters personal and career growth.  We offer both casual and part-time opportunities, with a range of shift across morning and evenings, 7 days a week.

What you'll get to do

• Assist technical staff in asking patients critical questions and obtaining their medical history
• Assist in preparing and positioning patients undergoing MRI, CT and ultrasound examinations
• Work collaboratively with the radiography team to deliver exceptional patient care
• Contribute to the growth of a thriving medical practice

Skills and Experience

• Ability to work in a team environment, within a hospital environment
• Empathetic and clear communication skills
• Availability for extended trading hours and weekends
• Ability to assist patients with additional needs
• Keen interest in medical imaging, with students of Radiography encouraged to apply
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth of a thriving medical practice
