ALPHA Tyres and Mechanical and Auto Cartel are part of a fast-growing, vertically integrated automotive group based in Echuca, Victoria. ALPHA is a leading retail and mobile tyre and mechanical business with 1,000+ five-star Google reviews. Auto Cartel is a membership-based coaching and mentorship community supporting 100+ independent workshop owners across Australia, many of whom rely on us to manage their paid advertising.
About the Role
We're looking for a Paid Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to support our Marketing Manager in running paid advertising across the group. You'll help manage a live portfolio ad accounts spanning Auto Cartel clients, ALPHA Tyres and Auto Cartel itself, plus support AI-generated static creative for campaigns. This is a genuine second-in-line role with room to grow as the portfolio scales.
This role is remote/hybrid, with minimal requirement to be on-site in Echuca.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, manage and optimise Meta ad campaigns
Support Google Ads campaigns where required
Create and adapt AI-generated static ad creative for campaigns
Manage marketing automation and campaigns within GoHighLevel
Monitor account performance, flag issues and report on campaign results
Work closely with our Marketing Manager to keep the paid media engine running smoothly as we scale
About You
Proven experience managing Meta Ads accounts in an agency or in-house setting — non-negotiable
Google Ads experience highly regarded
Familiarity with GoHighLevel (or similar CRM/automation platforms) a strong plus
Comfortable using AI tools for creative and campaign support
Highly organised — you can manage multiple accounts without dropping the ball
A team player who's happy working under direction while building toward more autonomy over time
