Role Description This part-time Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) role supports small business owners in understanding and improving their operations, processes, and performance. The position is hybrid, based in Sydney, NSW, with a mix of on-site work and some work from home as agreed. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing data related to sales, operations, and customer behavior, and helping map existing business processes. The role also involves preparing clear reports and presentations, communicating findings to stakeholders, and assisting in the design of simple process improvements or solutions.
