Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

We’re looking for a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join With Consideration and help shape the day-to-day presence and growth of the brand. You’ll be responsible for bringing our marketing calendar to life across social media, content, email, launches and influencer.

This is a part-time role with the opportunity to grow alongside the brand and develop into a broader marketing position for the right person. We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for fashion and content, who understands what performs on social and is proactive, organised and full of ideas.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

• Manage the day-to-day execution of Instagram, TikTok and other relevant social channels
• Plan and maintain the weekly social content calendar
• Create, edit and publish engaging short-form video content
• Develop concepts for Reels, TikToks, Stories and organic social content
• Write on-brand captions and social copy
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all channels
• Identify opportunities to use existing campaign, product and UGC assets in new ways
• Monitor social trends and translate relevant ones into content that feels natural to the brand
• Assist with community management and engagement
• Review social performance and use insights to continually improve content

Content Production

• Assist in planning campaign, e-commerce and social shoots
• Develop shot lists, moodboards and content concepts
• Coordinate models, creators, locations and other shoot requirements where required
• Capture behind-the-scenes and organic social content
•  Ensure each shoot produces enough varied assets to support launches, organic social, email and paid media
• Organise and maintain the brand’s content library

Marketing & Product Launches

• Assist in developing and executing marketing plans for new product launches, restocks and key brand moments
• Coordinate marketing activity across social, email, website, influencer and paid channels
• Build launch timelines and ensure assets are prepared ahead of deadlines
• Assist with product storytelling, campaign concepts and launch messaging
• Update website merchandising and campaign content where required
• Monitor launch performance and identify opportunities to improve results

Email Marketing

• Assist with planning the weekly EDM calendar
• Build and schedule campaigns in Klaviyo
• Write concise, on-brand email copy
• Select imagery and create layouts consistent with the brand
• Support product launches, restocks, promotional campaigns and evergreen email activity
• Monitor open rates, click-through rates, revenue and other key performance metrics

Influencer, PR & Community

• Research and identify relevant creators, stylists, talent and brand partners
• Manage ongoing influencer gifting and outreach
• Build and maintain relationships with creators aligned with With Consideration
• Track gifting, content received and resulting performance
• Assist with PR outreach and product requests
• Identify organic opportunities for the brand within fashion and culture
