About the role

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering quality food and service. You will work in a busy commercial kitchen environment as part of a kitchen team.

Key responsibilities

• Confidently run kitchen sections including pizza, fryer, prep and other areas as required

• Prepare and cook food to a consistently high standard

• Work efficiently in a busy commercial kitchen environment

• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and organization

• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front of house teams

• Remain calm, organized and productive under pressure
