About the roleIcon Water is seeking an experienced and influential Manager, Change to lead enterprise change across the business. Working with an experienced team of change professionals and an established change strategy, model and toolkit, this role will focus on evolving and strengthening our enterprise change capabilityYou will lead a team of change managers, provide expert advice to senior leaders, and drive organisational capability to manage the people side of change. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can bring structure, confidence and energy to complex change, while continuously improving change practices, tools and engagement approaches to meet the evolving needs of the business.In this role, you will champion the digital change agenda, guide change and communication activities, facilitate co-design and stakeholder engagement, and provide a clear forward view of change impacts across the organisation. You will work closely with ICT and business stakeholders to ensure change is aligned, well-planned and successfully adopted.Who we are looking for …A strategic and hands-on change leader with demonstrated experience delivering lean agile change across complex programs, ideally in digital, technology and/or business transformation environments.An influential communicator who can build trust with senior leaders, frontline teams and a diverse workforce, translating complex change into clear, practical actions.A confident people leader who can motivate, coach and support a team to deliver quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.Skilled in evolving and enhancing change strategies, frameworks, tools and communications that improve adoption, minimise disruption and support sustainable outcomes.Comfortable facilitating workshops, engagement sessions and co-design activities that bring people together and create a positive change experience.A trusted adviser who can assess business readiness, identify change impacts, manage risks and provide clear insights to support informed decision-making.Collaborative, resilient and outcomes-focused, with the ability to balance strategic direction with practical delivery across multiple priorities.To find out more about the role you can view the detailed Position Description on the Icon Water Careers Portal.
