Full Time HR Coordinator | HR Generalist

St Johns Park Bowling Club Group operates in the hospitality industry and is a multi-site venue, with the main head office located in St Johns Park. Our venues offer a variety of facilities, including Food & Beverage, Gaming, and Lawn Bowls. We are currently recruiting for a permanent full-time Human Resources Coordinator.

About the Role

Reporting to the Group Human Resources Manager, your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate Workers Compensation, Return-to-Work and Work Health and Safety of employees.

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of employees

• Coordinating employee events and benefit.

• Supporting HR initiatives and projects

• First point of contact for employee enquiries.

• Administering employee inventories such as uniforms, locker keys, staff cards, and security access passes.

• Prepare HR Reports (e.g. annual leave, sick leave, WH&S)

• Assisting with HR policies and procedures as required

• Supporting employee counselling processes.

• Maintaining personnel files, HRIS systems, and HR registers

• Performing other ad hoc duties/tasks as required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in a HR support role or similar role

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar studies (desirable)

• Familiarity with Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and/or recruitment best practices

• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.

• Confidence with using systems, apps, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office to streamline processes.

• High integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
