About the Role:

Reporting to the Marketing Activation Manager, the Social Media Coordinator is responsible for developing, executing and optimising organic social media activity across Haircare Group's portfolio of professional haircare brands.

Working closely with Brand Managers and the wider Marketing team, you will create engaging social-first content, manage community engagement, support influencer and ambassador partnerships, and help bring campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives to life across Australia and New Zealand.

About You:

• 1-3 years' experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation or a similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
• Experience creating engaging social-first content, particularly short-form video content
• Strong copywriting, communication and community management skills
• Experience with content planning, scheduling and social media management platforms
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and creative flair
• Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• A proactive attitude, strong initiative and willingness to learn

Bonus Points For:

• Experience within the professional hair, beauty, fashion or lifestyle industries
• Experience managing influencer, creator or ambassador relationships
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, InShot or similar content creation tools
• Mobile photography and videography skills
• Understanding of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and social media reporting tools
