Responsibilities

In this exciting role, you will:

• Take full ownership of delivering substation and transmission projects from initiation to completion and handover.
• Manage program schedules, costs, and multidisciplinary project interfaces.
• Ensure strong, long-term client relationships, built on trust and collaboration.
• Represent our client in key stakeholder engagements, including clients, communities, and industry partners.
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities, contributing to proposals, and supporting the growth of the New Energy division.
• Collaborate with an expert team of engineers and technical specialists to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Extensive project management expertise in substations and high-voltage transmission projects.
• A proven track record of successful project delivery during the construction phase within energy or infrastructure sectors.
• A solid understanding of the New South Wales market, coupled with strong professional networks in the region.
• Confidence in stakeholder communications, from on-site teams to senior-level decision-makers.
• A commercial mindset, capable of driving business growth alongside project commitments.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to quickly build trust and strong relationships.

Your daily responsibilities may include:
