Position Overview

The Internal Sales specialist is responsible for assisting with the promotion, sales, and computerised processing of our comprehensive range of Ground Engaging Tools and Replacement Parts.

Core Duties:

• Provide sales support through telephone and email communication.

• Handle customer orders promptly and efficiently to ensure timely processing.

• Process supplier invoices accurately and in accordance with company procedures.

• Assist with regular stock ordering as directed by your Supervisor or Manager.

• Carry out store duties as required for your operation.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of and specific experience in the product ranges we market being a distinct advantage.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Previous sales experience is desired.

• Knowledge and understanding of Occupational Health & Safety regulations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) desirable.

• Experience in Pronto enterprise management system is desirable but not essential.

• High Risk Work Licence (forklift) desirable but not essential
