Senesi Family Trust Responsibilities

• Examine dental prescriptions, impressions, models and digital scans to determine the technical requirements of each case.
• Design and manufacture crowns, bridges, veneers and other fixed dental prostheses.
• Produce complex implant-supported restorations, including implant crowns, bridges and full-arch restorations.
• Build, shape and layer ceramic materials to achieve accurate anatomy, morphology, shade and aesthetics.
• Complete staining, glazing, contouring, finishing and polishing of dental restorations.
• Use dental laboratory equipment and digital technologies, including scanners, CAD/CAM systems and milling equipment.
• Assess completed restorations for fit, occlusion, function, shade and overall quality.
• Identify and resolve technical issues arising during the design and manufacturing process.
• Communicate with dentists and other dental professionals regarding complex cases, technical specifications and desired outcomes.
• Manage assigned cases independently and ensure all work is completed within the required timeframes.
• Maintain accurate case records and comply with applicable workplace safety, infection-control and quality-assurance procedures.

Experience

• At least five years of relevant experience working as a Dental Technician in a commercial dental laboratory.
• Extensive experience manufacturing crowns, bridges, veneers and implant-supported restorations.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex restorative and implant cases independently.
• Advanced experience working with ceramic, zirconia, metal and composite materials.
• Strong experience in ceramic layering, staining, glazing, contouring and finishing.
• Experience using digital dental workflows, scanners and CAD/CAM technology.
• A relevant qualification in Dental Technology or an equivalent field.
