직무 설명:

Join our Sydney team as a full-time Dispatch Coordinator. This role entails processing outbound orders, preparing freight for transport, and creating daily schedules for drivers.

This Role Will Primarily Involve

Scan and dispatch freightStack and wrap pallets along with other warehouse duties where requiredCreate air and road consignment notes (using both a computer and manual system)Lodge and collect freight at air and sea terminalsLoad and unload delivery vehicles, completing deliveries on occasionCollaborate with management to modify daily routes to accommodate the customer needsPrepare daily work schedules and notify drivers of road hazards that may impact their travel timeMonitor daily driver logs for errors, violations, working hours and equipment availabilityProcess export and import shipments

You Will Have

2 - 3 years of warehousing experienceCustomer service experience in a fast paced, dynamic environmentA current forklift license or willingness to obtain oneA certificate I-II in Warehousing & Distribution and/or experience in 3PL warehouse and freight forwarding will be highly regardedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to work under pressure and prioritise multiple tasksStrong planning and organisational skillsExperience using dispatch software is highly desirable

All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Police Check. The existence of a criminal record however, will not automatically bar applicants unless there is a particular requirement under the law for the position they are applying for.
