NPI Supervisor

Sodexo is Australia's largest provider of integrated facilities maintenance services to the energy and resources sector. We are seeking an experienced NPI Supervisor to lead and supervise maintenance operations on our non-process infrastructure (NPI) contract across our remote operations

After successfully mobilizing our new NPI contract, we are looking for candidates for our next roles in Minesite/Rail and Port industries.

These positions are on 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO from Perth roster. 

 Key Responsibilities

· Lead, mentor and supervise a multi-disciplinary maintenance team across a variety of trades.

· Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance activities across site facilities and infrastructure.

· Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and legislative requirements.

· Develop maintenance schedules and maintain accurate records, reports, and asset history.

· Drive preventative maintenance programs to maximise asset reliability and minimise unplanned downtime.

· Manage permit-to-work systems and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.

· Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

· Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

· Support team development and enforce safe systems of work.

Knowledge & Skills:

You are a proactive and experienced supervisor with a background in facilities management, building services or remote operations.

· Experience supervising teams in facilities management, mining, remote villages or commercial buildings.

· Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and general building services.

· Experience coordinating preventative maintenance and asset management.

· Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management.

· Experience with SWMS, JHAs, Risk Assessments and Take 5s.

Essential Requirements

· Schedule 26 qualification.

· National Police Clearance.

· C Class Manual Driver's Licence.

· White card

· Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.

· Facilities management or remote operations experience.
