You’ll Be Responsible For

Leads senior team leaders to ensure projects progress to schedule, budget, and quality expectations. Reviews project reports and recommends adjustments to plans and delivery strategies. Sets clear performance standards and development objectives for supervisors and staff. Builds a high performing, service driven team through effective leadership, coaching, and daily management. Promotes an inclusive, positive workplace aligned with Mace’s values. Drives continuous improvement across management systems, processes, and performance measures.

You’ll Also Have

Degree in quantity surveying, cost management, or equivalent. Chartered or progressing toward RICS accreditation. Strong commercial, financial, and contract management capability across pre and post contract stages. Proven experience leading project workstreams and engaging senior stakeholders.
