MC Truck Drivers | Regional Transport | Parkinson

Randstad is partnering with a major national supply chain provider based in Parkinson to secure experienced Multi-Combination (MC) Drivers.

• Competitive Pay Rate: $44.03 / hr ordinary base rate + applicable shift penalties.

• Dedicated Roster Options:

  • MC Regional: 2:00 AM starts (Tuesday–Saturday or Monday–Friday).

  • Early/Night Shifts: 12:00 AM (midnight) start options.

• Consistent Hours: High-volume weekend work available to maximize your earnings.

The Role & Duties:

• Operating MC combinations (B-Doubles) on regional corridors and major Southern Brisbane distribution networks.

• Transporting multi-temperature retail goods (ambient, chilled, and freezer freight).

• Trailer coupling and uncoupling, operating yard tugs, and backing B-Double combinations into store and DC docks.

• Monitoring refrigeration units and securing loads in line with safety protocols.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Current Multi-Combination (MC) Drivers License.

• Minimum 2 years of verified MC driving experience (retail/refrigerated logistics background preferred).

• Demonstrated experience with B-Double coupling, uncoupling, and maneuvering.

• History of safe driving and willingness to complete pre-employment checks (medical, drug & alcohol test, and criminal history check).
