About the Opportunity
As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping clients achieve their property goals while building your own successful career in residential sales.

You'll manage customer relationships throughout the sales journey, from initial enquiry through to negotiation and settlement, delivering exceptional service and professional advice every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients
• Managing sales opportunities from enquiry through to successful transaction
• Conducting property inspections and buyer appointments
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales process
• Negotiating outcomes that create value for all parties
• Prospecting and developing new business opportunities
• Maintaining accurate records and pipeline activity through CRM systems
• Keeping up to date with market activity and local property trends
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative and high-performing team environment

About You
We're open to speaking with both experienced real estate professionals and newer to the industry professionals.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Previous experience in sales, customer-facing or relationship management roles in real estate
• A proven ability to build trust and influence outcomes
• A customer-first mindset and professional approach
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Motivation to achieve personal and team success
• A current Agent's Representative Certificate
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
