Senior Beauty Therapist

Are you passionate about ALL things skin and beauty? Complete Skin & Beauty Fairfield are looking for an experienced Senior Beauty therapist with the potential to step into a 2IC position for the right candidate.

We pride ourselves on providing quality and ongoing training for all staff throughout their employment. Ensuring growth in their education and skill set. We are are full service salon performing a large range of advanced skin treatments including IPL, skin needling, radio frequency, plasma pen, oxygen therapy, electrolysis, etc. Applicants with experience in any of the above will be advantageous. Our treatment menu also includes waxing/tinting, lash extensions, cosmetic tattooing, spray tans and body contouring services.

The right candidate must have:

• Minimum Diploma qualification in Beauty Therapy

• Experience and confidence with skin and/or IPL or a willingness to learn

• Be able to conduct skin/treatment consultations – ongoing training will be given

• Must work efficiently within our small friendly team

• Be confident in recommending product retail with a focus on achieving daily targets – we train you in our products

• Experience with KPI's

• Positive and professional

• Strong work ethic

• Saturday availability
