Permanent Part Time Floor Staff

We are a busy little wine bar/ restaurant in Point Lonsdale, called Noble Rot.

We trade 4 days per week Thursday- Sunday. Dinner service every evening, and lunch services on Saturdays and Sundays in the off season.

In the peak period we trade Wednesday- Sunday in the evenings only.

We are looking for a permanent part timer, to work 20+ hours a week to start, and as we approach the busy period 30+ hours, will be available.

Passion and appreciation for good food, wine and customer service is fundamental.

As is attention to detail, a positive and fun attitude and the social skills to work with small, tight knit team.

We are looking for experienced hospitality professionals with at least 2 years experience.

There is the opportunity for the right applicant to become a supervisor, in the near future.
