Beautiful, brand-new, purpose-built 60-place centre, ready for you to bring to life. You'll be the first Centre Director through the doors, setting the tone, building the culture, and creating the kind of place where kids can't wait to come back and families instantly feel at home. What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the centre as Nominated Supervisor, ensuring full compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
• Building and mentoring a team of passionate early childhood educators from day one
• Upholding high standards of compliance, health & safety, and best practice
• Building trusted, positive relationships with local families and the wider Condell Park community
• Overseeing curriculum development in line with the EYLF and NQF
• Maintaining accurate documentation, rosters, and staff training records
• Partnering closely with the approved provider to achieve business and quality objectives

About You

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Current NSW Working With Children Check
• Proven leadership experience as a Centre Director or Nominated Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of the NQF and EYLF, with the ability to apply them confidently in practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families, educators, and children alike
• A genuine passion for early years education and creating a safe, nurturing environment
