What you'll be doing

As an Educator, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, engaging and inclusive environment where children feel safe, supported and inspired to learn.

You'll

Create meaningful learning experiences inspired by children's interests and the Reggio Emilia philosophy. Build genuine relationships with children, families and your colleagues. Support children's learning, wellbeing and development through observations, documentation and reflective practice. Contribute ideas and collaborate with your team to create engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments. Foster a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive. Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional outcomes for children and families.

You'll Bring

An ACECQA-approved Certificate III, Diploma or higher qualification. Experience working as a qualified Early Childhood Educator in a Long Day Care setting. A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development. A strong commitment to child safety, inclusion and high-quality education. Current Working with Children Check. Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement). Current Mandatory Reporting and National Child Safety Training (Foundations of Child Safety), or willingness to complete prior to commencement. Australian working rights. Availability to work a variety of shifts between our opening and closing hours, Monday to Friday.
