About the role
Behind every well-run service, is a well-run roster, and that’s where you come in.
As a Senior Rostering Officer, you’ll help coordinate a large cleaning workforce across multiple sites, making sure people are rostered at the right time to meet operational requirements.
This position currently operates within a predominantly manual service model, with significant manual data validation responsibilities. You will be instrumental in supporting the team’s transition towards automated processes as the service stabilises and moves into BAU.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where your attention to detail really counts. Your work will have a direct impact on employee pay, workforce coverage and the delivery of essential cleaning services across schools.
