The Partnership

This is an independent contractor opportunity for someone looking to build their own business with the backing of an established brand. Operating under your own ABN, you'll enjoy the flexibility to manage your own schedule while being supported by Found's marketing, systems, builder relationships, and operational support.

You'll also have the opportunity to receive company-generated inquiries while growing your own referral network.

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a trusted adviser to your clients, you'll:

• Guide clients through the home-building journey from initial inquiry through to the building contract.

• Understand each client's goals, lifestyle, and budget to recommend the right builder and solution.

• Source land opportunities and coordinate finance health checks where required.

• Build strong relationships with our building partners, developers, land agents, finance brokers, and referral partners.

• Manage your sales pipeline and client records using HubSpot CRM.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience built on trust, communication, and genuine advice.
  

About You

You're an experienced industry professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping people achieve their property goals.

You'll have:

• Experience in residential construction, new home sales, building broking, land sales, or a closely related industry.

• A solid understanding of the home-building journey and the Western Australian residential building market.

• A proven track record of generating and converting sales opportunities.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to manage your own workload.

• Confidence using technology and CRM systems.

• A current driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  

Highly Regarded:

• Existing relationships within the residential building, land development, or property industry.

• Established referral networks with finance brokers, developers, real estate agents, or other industry professionals.

• Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.

• Knowledge of land sourcing, subdivisions, and residential development.
