Client Service Officer

About the role

Working closely with advisers, you will play a key role in supporting the advice process and ensuring a smooth experience for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting advisers with client administration and advice implementation.

• Preparing and processing advice documentation, applications, and client correspondence.

• Managing client enquiries and following up on requests.

• Liaising with product providers, platforms, and external stakeholders.

• Maintaining accurate client records and compliance documentation.

• Assisting with preparation of advice documents and reports.

• Supporting business improvement initiatives as the practice continues to grow.

About you

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Confidence using technology and Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with financial planning software and advice processes will be regarded, but we are open to candidates with transferable skills and a desire to build a career in financial advice.
