Wholesale Customer Service Coordinator

A highly sought after position in Alexandria as Wholesale Customer Service Co-ordinator has become available.  The Bond-Eye Australia Group is a branded swimwear company, wholesaling product to both the Southern and Northern Hemispheres. Our brands include Bond-Eye, Sea Level, Artesands and Nip Tuck. We are looking for an experienced, organised and friendly go-getter to assist and co-ordinate administration for the busy sales team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling marketplace and development customer queries including major international retailers email

• Taking and managing orders and handling returns and complaints

• Utilising our internal software system for logging all sales order details, follow up and reporting

• Working with all internal departments to provide accurate information and assets to our retail partners 

• Pulling weekly, monthly and seasonal reports for the internal staff and external sales teams

• Uploading invoices on customer portals in specified formats

• Ultimately provide customer service that others will admire

• Experience working with both major retailers and independent stockists across global markets

• Customer service mindset and experience in building strong relationships with sales teams, majors and wholesale partners

• Attention to detail and ability to follow specific process for document submissions on customer portals

• Excellent written communication skills as you will be communicating with customers, agents and distributors internationally 

• The ability to finish what you start and get the job done

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role of wholesale administration and support

• Experience with Joor or Nuorder would be advantageous
