Casual initially | Weekday work | $38–$42/hr + super depending on experience/capability

Clean & Seal is a growing Central Coast business specialising in professional driveway cleaning, restoration and colour sealing.

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join us as our first technician.

You don't need years of pressure-cleaning experience. We can teach the technical side.

What matters more is that you're:

• reliable;
• physically suited to hands-on outdoor work;
• careful around customers' homes;
• willing to learn;
• comfortable working independently once trained;
• someone who takes pride in doing a job properly.

What you'll do

You'll be trained to:

• pressure clean driveways and other hard surfaces;
• prepare surfaces for sealing;
• complete approved minor repairs/preparation;
• apply driveway sealing systems once trained and authorised;
• protect surrounding property;
• use professional pressure-cleaning equipment;
• take before/after photos and complete job checklists;
• maintain equipment and keep the vehicle/work area organised;
• communicate professionally with customers.

What the work is actually like

This is an outdoor, physical job.

There are early starts, hot days and days where you'll get wet. Our schedule can also move around weather because sealing needs the right conditions.

If you want to sit behind a desk, this won't suit you.

If you like hands-on work, visible before-and-after results and being trusted to run jobs properly, this is for you

What we're looking for

Essential

• current driver's licence;
• reliable transport;
• dependable and punctual;
• strong work ethic;
• good communication;
• willing to follow strict safety and PPE procedures;
• comfortable working outdoors;
• able to perform the inherent physical requirements of the role, with reasonable adjustments if required;
• legal right to work in Australia.

Useful but not essential

Experience in any of the following:

• pressure cleaning;
• exterior cleaning;
• landscaping;
• concreting;
• painting;
• coatings;
• car detailing;
• trade assistant work;
• property maintenance.

Full training will be provided.
