HR Officer | Professional Services

We’re looking for an HR Officer to support the day-to-day delivery of HR across the business. Working closely with the broader HR and Practice Management team, you’ll have exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee records, performance processes, staff engagement and general HR administration.

The role will include:

• Supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Coordinating interviews, reference checks and employment documentation
• Maintaining employee records, HR systems and documentation
• Supporting performance and probationary review processes
• Assisting with leave management and payroll-related administration
• Supporting HR policies, procedures and compliance
• Assisting with staff engagement, wellbeing and internal communications
• Coordinating staff events and employee initiatives
• Being a friendly first point of contact for general HR queries
• Supporting the wider HR and Practice Management functions

About you:

• 2+ years' experience in an HR/People & Culture role
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Good understanding of Australian employment practices
• Experience across recruitment and employee lifecycle processes
• Professional and approachable communication style
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
• Professional services experience would be advantageous
