Witchery - Concession Manager - Myer Castle Towers - (Fixed Term)

As a Witchery Concession Manager, you will inspire, lead, and coach a high-performing team within a David Jones concession site to deliver exceptional customer experiences, optimise profitability, and maintain a safe, high functioning work place. 

How You Will Contribute  

• Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience 
• Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities 
• Attract, engage and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your concession store and the Group 
• Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing 
• Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play 
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and concession partners, floor managers  
• Role model Country Road Group (CRG) cultural attributes, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
