We're looking for experienced, compassionate, and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you'll deliver person-centred support that enhances independence, dignity, and community participation. You'll work directly with participants to help them achieve their goals, build meaningful relationships, and take part in activities that enrich their daily lives. Every day is different, one shift you might be supporting someone to attend an appointment, the next you might be helping them cook, exercise, or head out into the community.

• Providing individualised, person-centred support that promotes choice, control and independence.

• Assisting with self-care, including personal care, daily living activities, and health or hygiene needs.

• Supporting participants to access their community through social outings, recreational activities, and local events.

• Supporting participants with intellectual, psychosocial, and physical disabilities.

• Administering medication (where required) and maintaining accurate records.

• Driving participants safely to and from activities using public transport or your own vehicle.

• Maintaining a safe, clean and supportive environment.

• Completing required documentation and reports accurately and on time.

• Following all Work Health & Safety, NDIS Quality and Safeguards, and True Diversity policies and procedures.

You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping others thrive. You understand that good support starts with good relationships, built on trust, empathy, and respect. You bring flexibility, patience, and a sense of humour to every shift.

We are looking for support workers who have great availability for shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings.

• Your hobbies and interests outside of work (e.g. DIY projects like resin, gardening, or jewellery making; makeup, fashion or vintage clothing; budgeting; meal planning and cooking; sports, gaming, music or art).

• Any communities or events you're connected to, such as walking/hiking groups or the LGBTQIA+ community.

• Whether you're comfortable working around pets, like cats and dogs.

• Any experience or personal interest in mental health and psychosocial disability support.

• Whether you hold (or are willing to obtain) Mental Health First Aid training.

The more you share, the better we can match you with participants who'll genuinely enjoy your company.

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting people with a disability.

• Prior experience in personal care, skill development, and community participation.

• NDIS Worker Screening Check.

• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

• Certificate III in Disability Services (or equivalent qualification or experience).

• Current Driver's Licence.

• Reliable transport and/or willingness to use public transport.

• Reasonable level of physical fitness and resilience.

• Knowledge of person-centred and active support approaches.

• Computer literacy (MS Word, Outlook, and basic data entry).

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
