The Brown and Hurley Group are growing fast and want you to be part of our team in Tolga. This role is essential in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, and management.

• Coordinate and schedule service and repair bookings
• Prepare and process job cards, invoices, and service documentation
• Liaise with customers regarding service updates, timelines, and quotations
• Maintain accurate service records and workshop data
• Assist in parts ordering and inventory coordination
• Support the workshop team with administrative tasks
• Support parts administration when required, including invoicing, customer enquiries, stock processes, and supplier paperwork
• Provide general office and branch administration support

About you:

• Previous experience in an administrative, parts or service role 
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Good computer skills (experience with workshop management systems is an advantage)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
