About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our Integrated Facilities Management team.
In this autonomous and highly visible role, you'll be responsible for delivering facilities and asset management services, leading maintenance programs and managing contractors across a diverse property portfolio. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to ensure facilities operate safely, efficiently and in line with contractual, regulatory and compliance requirements.
This role offers significant variety, combining operational management, financial oversight, client engagement and continuous improvement initiatives while providing exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day facilities operations across a diverse property portfolioOversee reactive, preventative and planned maintenance programsConduct regular site inspections and condition auditsManage contractors, suppliers and service partners to ensure service excellenceReview and assess maintenance reports, quotations and recommendationsCoordinate work orders, purchase orders and invoice approvalsMaintain asset data, site documentation and operating proceduresProvide input into asset management and lifecycle planning initiativesSupport risk, compliance and health and safety requirements across all sitesImplement operational improvements and identify cost-saving opportunitiesPrepare reports, action plans and client updatesRespond to after-hours emergencies and critical incidents when requiredBuild strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in Facilities ManagementDemonstrated experience managing contractors and maintenance programsStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsExperience working across both hard and soft services environmentsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent communication and customer service skillsHigh attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilitiesExperience managing supplier contracts, quotations and procurement activitiesStrong understanding of health, safety and compliance requirementsIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and OutlookDiploma in Facilities Management or related discipline highly regarded
