Casual / or Permanent Full Time with Probation Period

$38 – $45 per hour

We are looking for a highly motivated and conscientious person to help work in a friendly team of doctors, sonographers, nurses and administrators.  The workload is very dynamic and troubleshooting, sense of urgency and eagerness to help is what is required of the position. Some duties include:

• answering phone calls from patients, doctors, other health organisations

• managing patient reports and administration

• booking patients for appointments/procedures

• scheduling appointments and liaising with staff

• managing supplies/liaising with suppliers and contractors

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in medical software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations.

• Previous administrative or customer service experience.

We are looking for someone open-minded and with flexible approach to their duties and workload. Work ownership and independent working skills are essential.

We are looking for someone to work 5 days per week with an opportunity for permanent appointment in the future and reception management duties.
