We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Service team at our Brisbane team in Darra. If you genuinely love solving problems, working with people and making sure customers feel looked after, we'd love to hear from you.

This isn't a phones-only customer service role. You'll sit at the centre of how Sonoma runs — working closely with sales, production and customers, while gaining exposure to how a national FMCG operation works from the inside.

You'll gain exposure to order management, ERP/MRP systems and cross-functional problem-solving that goes beyond a typical customer service role. If you want to build real commercial and operational skills, this is a great opportunity to do so.

You'll be a key point of contact for customer queries and work to resolve issues quickly and professionally. You'll also support order processing, account management and daily operational checks to help keep customer orders and production on track.

• Be a key point of contact for customer queries and resolve issues professionally

• Manage order processing, delivery updates, invoicing and credits

• Keep customer records, pricing and trading terms accurate and up to date

• Support new account setups alongside the sales team

• Run daily reporting, including End of Day Wrap and MRP checks

• Work closely with logistics, warehouse, finance and QA to resolve issues

• Gain exposure to ERP/MRP systems and a fast-paced FMCG environment

• Develop experience across the full order-to-delivery cycle

• Build your customer service and operational skills in a growing national business

• Experience in customer service or administration; FMCG or manufacturing experience is a bonus

• Confidence using Salesforce, SAP B1 or a similar ERP system is highly regarded

• Sharp attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills

• A calm, solutions-focused approach when things get busy
