Within our investments division, we provide the opportunity for investors to invest alongside us and gain access to our intellectual property, deep market connections and successful investment track record spanning both property and non-property related investment.
Role Overview
Oreana Construct is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Commercial Construction team, reporting to the Head of Commercial Construction. This role focuses on Design & Construct (D&C) commercial projects up to $50M. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive the commercial performance of our projects while providing strategic direction to our Delivery, Estimating and Design teams, ensuring contractual, financial and operational outcomes align with business and client expectations.
What you’ll bring:
This is a head office based role with 1-2 days on site as required across our projects located within the Northern & Western suburbs of greater Melbourne.
