Alliance Nursing Perth- Scrub Scout Theatre Nurse

We are currently looking for Scrub Scout Theatre Nurse to work in Theatres across all Public and Private hospitals in Perth on a casual basis

Responsibilities (not limited to):

Assist the surgical team by handing instruments and supplies to the surgeon during the procedure.
Prepare the operating room for surgery by ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are sterile and available.
Verify and arrange surgical instruments and supplies, maintaining a sterile field.
Maintain the sterile field by adhering to strict aseptic techniques.
Monitor and anticipate the needs of the surgical team, providing efficient and effective support.
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical process
Work closely with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in Australia
• Current AHPRA registration
• Current National Criminal History Check or NPC (or willing to obtain)
• Current Working with Children card (or willing to obtain)
• Australian working rights
