About the role:

Work closely with insurers and key stakeholders, and manage a portfolio of professional indemnity, financial lines and cyber claims from inception through to resolution. Your role will include:

• assessing coverage, liability, quantum and strategy.
• preparing reports and recommendations for clients.
• managing claim progression, reserves and key deadlines.
• supporting clients with technical claims queries.

The ideal candidate:

You will ideally have at least 2+ years’ experience in financial lines, cyber, professional indemnity or broader insurance claims.

This role may suit:

• a claims professional looking for higher-quality, technical claims work;
• a lawyer with insurance, PI, cyber or financial lines experience wanting to move out of billables; or
• someone already in a claims role who is looking for stronger training, flexibility and career support.
• You will also bring strong drafting skills, attention to detail, sound judgment and the ability to manage competing deadlines in a client-focused environment.
