The successful GP will provide comprehensive, continuing medical care for individuals, families, and communities, conducting consultations for both simple and complex health conditions, and delivering a vital range of health services including prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation. Duties will also encompass consulting with other health professionals (nurses, specialists, and allied health), participating in health promotion, and assisting in the education and training of colleagues. The centre operates on a mixed billing model, offering an increased percentage of earnings to attract top talent, coupled with an attractive sign-on bonus.
