We are now looking for a part-time Café Attendant to join our welcoming aged care community, where your smile and service make a real difference to residents, families, and visitors.

About the Role

This is more than just a café role — it’s an opportunity to create a space where connection, comfort, and quality come together.

As our Café Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of our onsite café on weekends, delivering friendly service and high-quality refreshments in a warm and inviting environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing fresh sandwiches and light meals

• Making barista-quality coffee and beverages

• Providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming café space

• Handling basic cash/EFTPOS transactions

• Supporting stock rotation and daily café operations

What you will bring

• Strong coffee-making skills (barista experience preferred)

• Experience in food preparation (e.g. sandwiches, light meals)

• A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• A genuine interest in working within aged care and supporting older people
