What We’re Looking For:

• Previous Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience.

• Excellent time management and communication skills.

• A results-driven professional with a love for driving sales and building an energetic, high-performing team.

• A leader who’s passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, creating a standout in-store experience and supporting the Store Manager.

• Someone confident in leading, coaching, and developing individuals to reach their full potential and exceed performance goals.

• Experience in driving operational excellence, managing rosters and preparing back-of-house administration (desired). 

• Proactive problem solver with the aim to reach positive outcomes.

• A fashion-forward thinker with a creative edge.
