About the role

Skindeep Floreat is seeking a dedicated and passionate Skin Therapist to join our thriving beauty and skin team. This is a full-time or part-time position based in Floreat. As a Skin Therapist, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional skincare treatments and personalised beauty solutions to our valued clients. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' confidence and wellbeing through professional skincare expertise, building lasting relationships, and maintaining the high standards Skindeep Floreat is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Performing a range of professional skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, skin needling and other advanced skin treatments

• Conducting thorough skin consultations and assessments to understand client needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans

• Providing expert skincare advice and product recommendations tailored to individual skin types and concerns

• Staying current with industry trends, new skincare techniques and product and ingredient innovations

• Contributing to a positive, professional and welcoming salon environment

• Assisting with reception duties and client scheduling as required

What we're looking for

• Beauty Diploma or Dermal Therapy Diploma

• Facial waxing and brow and lash treatment experience prefered but not essential

• Minimum of three years hands on experience in the indusrty

• In-depth knowledge of skin types, skin conditions,essential ingredient knowlage and appropriate treatment protocols

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety

• A genuine passion for skincare and commitment to ongoing professional development

• Available Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays (other additional days available too)
