🚀 The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team, supporting participants across The Illawarra Region.

This is a role where you’ll be trusted to do your best work - with the backing of a supportive team and leadership that understands the realities of the job.

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage a diverse, community-based caseload

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments

• Develop person-centred, evidence-informed Behaviour Support Plans aligned with NDIS goals

• Deliver meaningful therapeutic interventions that build capacity and improve quality of life

• Collaborate with families, carers, and support teams

• Actively participate in our clinical governance and supervision framework

👤 About You

• Registered as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner

• Relevant qualifications in psychology, social work, or a related field

• Strong experience in specialist behaviour support

• Passionate about person-centred, ethical practice

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Experience across disability and/or health settings

• Current WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and driver’s licence
