We are an established business with over 17 years in the industry, specialising in luxury tapware, tiles, stone, and designer bathroom products. Known for our premium offering and personalised service, we work closely with homeowners, interior designers, and builders to bring beautiful spaces to life.
About the Role
This is a showroom-based sales role (Monday to Friday) where you will be working directly with clients to guide them through product selections and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in clients, designers, and trade customers in the showroom
Provide expert advice on high-end bathroom and interior products
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business
Conduct outbound calls and outreach to generate leads and book showroom appointments
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare quotes and follow up on leads
Work towards and exceed sales targets
Maintain showroom presentation to a premium standard
About You
Proven experience in retail or showroom sales (bathroom, tiles, interiors or similar essential)
Confident in proactive sales, including cold outreach and lead generation
Background or strong interest in interior design, architecture, or a creative field
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
Well-presented with a professional approach
