Project Manager

At Hindmarsh, Project Managers are empowered to lead every aspect of project delivery. From commercial performance and programming through to client relationships, team leadership and project outcomes, you'll have the autonomy, support and resources to deliver projects that make a lasting impact.

Reporting to and supported by an experienced Construction Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading project delivery from commencement through to successful completion
• Driving project performance across safety, quality, programme, commercial and client outcomes
• Leading multidisciplinary project teams and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture
• Managing project budgets, cashflow, forecasting and commercial performance
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders
• Overseeing programming, project planning, procurement and risk management
• Mentoring and developing emerging project leaders across the business
• Championing Hindmarsh's culture, values and commitment to quality and safety

We are looking for team members who have:

• Strong experience delivering commercial construction projects, ideally within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor environment
• A proven track record leading projects from commencement through to completion
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project financial performance and contractual obligations
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative leadership style and passion for developing high-performing teams
• Experience using Microsoft Project, CHEOPS, Aconex and similar construction management systems
